If you aren’t careful with what projects and clients you take on with your business, you can find yourself with a bad business quickly.
Over the years, I have put together a checklist I use when taking on new projects.
- I have the time.
- The money is worth it.
- It falls in one of my current niches.
- It falls in one of my current product offerings.
- I align with the client’s mission, vision, and values.
- The client has a product that works and has been tested in the market.
- The project will stretch, but not break, me.
